I love this stuff! I only eat one serving which is 1/2 cup. The banana split has 20 carbs, 110 calories and only 3 grams of fat. The calories are a bit high for only a half cup, but I exercise a lot. Also in all of the flavors I have tried, there are usually 4 grams of fiber in a serving. I'm glad I am able to stop at one serving. If it weren't for things like this, I would not be able to maintain my weight this long like I have. Just wanted to share with everyone that this is another 'new' good item out there.
