Hi everyone…I have recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and have been taking the steps to control my sugar and increase my exercise. The only thing that worries me is that I seem to be overly "freaked out" about carbs and diet. I am very strict on myself. Any suggestions on how to not "freak out" about carbs and eating. I just want to make sure that I am eating right and still getting all the food groups that I need.
