Just before starting this Month's Discussion I got on my Scale and it says I'm down to 260.8 so I am slowly coming down on the Weight again. But then I also started taking 10mcg. of Byetta at Breakfast and Supper in the last 2 weeks. Doing good again.
I also have started walking more often. I found out in the last two weeks if I walk just for so long and hang the distance I am doing better there also.
So for the Next Month I am not using the step counter just time spent walking and mini bursts of speed to kick in my Metabolism again into high gear.
I bought a new book called Make Over Your Metabolism The Author is Robert Reames Official Trainer of Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge. I couldn't pass it up at Books-A-Million at just $7.95 for it on sale that day. I picked it up on the last Wed. of June and am already on Chapter 3 I have learned so much from it already hopefully I can lose alot more weight before the end of August.
The Highest my Blood Sugar has been all day so far is 125. I am only eating when hungry and not when I think I should be eating at mealtimes. LOL
I am eating less and am getting more energy than I have in a long time. Wish me luck this next month.
Also Good Luck to all of you out there trying to Lose Weight too.

My numbers for today were @ 4:52 a.m. 186 down from 190 yesterday morning @ 5:49 and I had a bowl of Rice Krispies for Breakfast with Splenda on it. then @ 12:25 p.m. 231 down from 246@3:59 yesterday afternoon and I had a sandwich of Pickle loaf for Lunch and then @5:34p.m. 87 down from 293 yesterday @6:36p.m. and then @ 9:03 tonight my last test was 283 and I had a bowl of Chicken and noodle soup that Bingo made and I had froze the left overs the day he gave it to me. Bill said he liked the way Bingo made it so we had left overs for supper tonight. I also had bread with margarine on the side. to many carbs for supper and the numbers show it.

Well that is one way to see what I can't eat. Will watch it better from now on.

I have gain 6lbs since I got diabects in oct 2007. I need to lose more than that. Reading all this has help. New month new goal. I read that you made a Double wedding ring quilt. I had made one for my oldest daughter that just got married in june. It was a lot work.

I thought I'd never get off of shots and back on any Oral Medication again. Lets hope this helps me to get off more shots.

I was on the Byetta last year and it worked great at first but then my sugar starting going up again. My doctor put me on Januvia the first of the year and I appreciated no longer having shots. My diabetes A1C went down a little then he switched me to Janumet, which is Januvia and Metformin together in one pill. Works great…last A1C, 6.9

I have this issue also. I want to eat only when I am hungry, because otherwise I am eating when I am upset. Or I am just using what's going to eat more of the bad stuff. I am trying to kick my metabolism also. I have been told by my eye doctor that menopause medication, and antihistamines all dry your eyes. I am walking more as well. I am using a nike sportsband I bought last year. It's taken till this summer to get it to work right. Walking is the only thing that kicks my metabolism into high gear.

I am not on any Meds for my Menopause and I don't think it has hurt me but still get dry eyes and then my nose running when I have something in my eyes and not just my finger either. LOL

I have a new book called Make over your Metabolism I am reading it first and then putting it to use. It is easier for me to do it that way. If it works I will pass on the information to all.

here is my numbers and what I ate today.@ 5:06 BG was 338 I forgot to take my meds last nite. I ate 2 slices of toast with margarine and cheese,
For Lunch I had a footlong Veggie Delite on 9 grain Wheat bread at Subway while out running and taking care of business today. didn't check BG again till 5:59 p.m. and it was 252 I fixed baked pork chops with boiled potatoes and corn, peas, carrots, and green beans all left over vegs. with two mini choc. covered donuts for dessert. and I am on my second 32 oz. glass of Ice water and I had 32 oz. of diet pepsi today.
Then @ 8:29 my BG was 179 so it is coming down and I will do better tomorrow I am sure.

July was a good month over all. I have to focus on my Carbs and Exercise in August. All my other averages seem to continue to improve, so that is good.

My weight 288. I only lost 4 pounds, my goal is 8-10. I have got to get more focused on this.

My dietary averages for this month was:
Carbs = 172 (goal 145) (+16 from June)
Fat = 51.7 (goal 40) (-17 from June)
Protein = 82.5 (goal 80) (+11 from June)
Sodium = 2358.5 (goal 2000) (-226 from June)
Calories = 1473.2 (goal 1500-1800) (-26 from June)

My exercise for the month on a weekly basis:
Walking/jogging 110 min (goal 150min) This was down some, I really need to work on this

Testing Averages for the month:
3:00 AM tests = 150 (goal of 120 or less)
Before Breakfast = 149 (goal of 110 or less)
Before Lunch = 104 (goal 140 or less)
Bedtime = 143 (goal of 140 or less)
Over all Average 136 (goal of 140 or less)

I don't know what I figured to get my averages last month, I goofed. This is more accurate and does change some of the drops from my last monthly average. Some days I am very blond ! LOL

3:00AM dropped from 161 av, to 150 (-11)
Fasting dropped from 165 av to 149 (-16)
Before Lunch rose from 101 av to 104 (+3)oops!
Bedtime dropped from 159 av to 129 (-30)
Overall average dropped from 146 to 136 (-10)

I feel good about this. There is always something to work on, but it is easy to focus on a couple of things based on what these numbers tell me each month. So as I worked on my sodium and proteins last month, both of those things improved. So I am happy with that. Now I am going to focus on Exercise and doctor is going to be thrilled with how far I have come since our last meeting. I can't wait to see him in August/Sept and see all my new lab numbers as well.

I have found that it is getting easier to keep in my calorie range and I am finding ways to dump the sodium. Things are coming to be more "natural" and less of a concentration and that helps me a lot.

Gabby your doing so well. You have come along way from when we first started this Discussion. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!
I will start working on two areas at a time starting in Aug. and then go from there. 1. Calorie intake about 1400
2. Exercise 30 minutes each day, with or with out a walking buddy. I will let you know how it goes and I will put in the calories total and the time spent on walking. Plus any cleaning I do as that also counts I was told. Just look up the chores done your weight and how many calories you burned for the amount of time spent on each chore. But that time does not count in the Exercise time That is a bonus for us.
I hope it helps me to do better next month.

Thanks, I owe it to the TCOYD classes that I took, a new supplement regime from Insulite (the one that I won here on DC, very cool) and a new med. Between all these things, I have seen a marked improvement. I am hoping that I can meet my 10 pound weight loss goal in August. That is my kicker right now. But to be honest, as long as I am dropping weight instead of adding, I am happy.

I have my 8th class this week on foot care and our final reunion class will be in September. I don't know if it will be a class or just a follow up on our progress in our weight, numbers and labs....but this week I should have class #8 for everyone.

OK yesterday I got on the scales for a change again and am down from 262.8 to 261.6 so that means I have lost 1.2 pounds. Yeahhhhhhhh. I am so glad that the scale has finally moved for me again.

Day before yesterday I went into town to get some cleaning supplies and decided to get some chinese food for a change they gave me two small bowls to fill up and so I did, I filled them as full as I could and still put the lids on them. When I got home I put it all on my plate and guess what it only filled it half way. So I washed the bowls out and am using them for my lunches now and if I have something that is bulky I put it in those bowls first and then onto my plate doing so much better now than before. I also have found a new walking route that is only 1.7 miles, I have to do it during the day lite hours so as not to get hurt or anything with no walking partner to go with me. We have so many new people in the park I don't feel right walking even in here unless it is during the day lite hours.
My BG levels are as follows for the last 2 days:

On the 21st they were @ 4:14 am 56 @ 7:01 177 then @ 8:21 pm 240
On the 22nd @ 4:52 pm 330 and @ 9:53 down to 256 then this morning @ 5:31 it was 138 so see it is coming down. I half the start checking those levels more often then I have the last couple days.

I'll be back on here tonight but then I won't be back till sometime on Monday. As Tomorrow I get My Son Gerry's Son and one of his half Brothers for the Week end and we are going to Missouri again. Going to be baking with the boys on Friday while Gerry is working and then when Bill gets home we will eat say good bye to Grandpa and then pick Gerry up from work on the way out. LOL
I will be seeing Leigh again too while down there. Maybe this time we can spend some time together. She was so busy the last time hopefully not this time.

I had two wheat slices of toast with a fried egg and 4 slices of bacon into a breakfast sandwich. Have not ate anything else yet and it is now 9:59 That is over 4 hours ago.
I will get me some Chinese when I run into Town this morning and bring it back with me for lunch at home. I am trying a new Chinese place closer to home this time and see what they have to offer. It is almost next door to the bank.
I got to get my car filled up and ready for the trip tomorrow and have the money on hand to get there and back.

well edie get some little boxes of apple juice when your surgars go low have one and it will help it works faster than orange juice. great job on your weight loss as well keep up the good work. watch the chines food the batter is not to good for lowery your carbs and the sauce is full of sugare as well. enjoy your take out though.

I had it on Thurs. nite and it was good ate very little on the trip so the Chinese carried me over on the road. I forgot where I put my tester kit and then coming home I forgot to put it back where it belonged. and had to put the machine in my purse and then put it back in the black case and use it when I got it home.
On the road I don't eat very well so I knew my numbers would be up but they were lower this morning than yesterday morning numbers were and I had a veggie Sub from Subway for lunch this afternoon. my numbers are always lower after eating the Veggie Sub.

Thankyou I will do the best I can. I have been trying to do what is right but sometimes the best we do isn't enough with the numbers jumping around. I took my shots last night and then this morning when I got up with Bill to send him off to work my BG was 54 I ate 2 graham crackers and a bowl of musk melon and watermelon I will check it again in an hour and see where those BG numbers are then.
I am so tired I am thinking of going back to bed and checking the numbers again when I get up. LOL

Well, we got the foreclosure papers on Friday...happy weekend! Yuck. I was okay yesterday, but today it kind of hit me. Had a near miss with a pizza binge! Saved by an occupied phone and time to think! YEAH

Weight: 288 lost another 1.25 pounds

Dietary weekly averages
Carbs: 178 (goal 145)
Fats: 56 (goal 40)
Proteins: 77 (goal 80)
Sodium: 1905 (goal 2000)
Calories: 1672 (goal 1500-1800)

Blood Glucose weekly averages
3:00 AM: I am taking some advice and skipping this test
Fasting: 151
Before Lunch: 121
Bedtime: 120
Overall Average: 130 I like this a LOT!

Exercise: 70 min interval work out. (goal 150)
Does packing and cleaning count? It keeps me from eating at least.

My AM was a little higher, but the over all is better, so something is working out in a positive way. This next few weeks is going to be a challenge with the emotions of the house issues. It is a roller coaster ride to be sure, one thing I really don't need. So when I look back and see I have lost weight and didn't go nuts with the carbs, then I will be VERY happy. LOL

Gabby with the papers coming on Friday now you don't have to worry when will the papers come but now it is just getting the house ready to leave. When we lost our house 4 years ago now It made it easier for me then with my numbers till I got sick and then the battle started all over again.

I know you will be alright you are made of some very stern stuff and when the going gets tuff you will come out on top just like with your sugar.

We ended up in a Mobil Home and I have less cleaning to do and all on one level. Use this time to get what you want to do figured out and then go from there. Just remember you don't have to pay the payments till they get everything settled and then make arrangements to make a monthly payment you can afford and not be tight where you have problems living a normal life. If you need to talk just call me I am a phone call away. If not home when you call I will call you back as soon as I get in.

I will keep you both in my prayers that you find what you need and in a price range you can see clear of and have a nice life with what you get.
You go girl and don't look back as all it does is make us sad and wish for what we can't have.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. We actually have another place for us, ready for when we sell the house. We are going for a short sale. Oh fun. So we have been packing up our stuff, getting a few pieces up for sale, since the new place is smaller and yes, it will be good to be within our means again. I actually had an interview for a job yesterday that looks promising, I will know next week. So maybe for the first time in a long time, we won't have to play catch up, but actually be able to build our savings again. It is a mess....but you are right, I am made of stern stuff. We will get thru it, lessons learned and happy to go.

Good Morning All! i am going to try again to post yesterday's numbers and write something for all to see.
@ 3:07 I checked my BG and it was 121 I had two slices of toast and a slice of cheese between them for Breakfast. Didn't check again till after Supper I know that is not good will do better tomorrow.
Supper was Fish Sticks, tator tots,french fries and corn with Cream cheese cake topped with sliced strawberries. Checked my BG again @ 8:54 and it was 267 I know I had to many carbs for Supper and I forgot to take my meal dose of Humalog before eating.

I got to get some more sugar for my baking and then I also got to get another jar of Pickled Bologna for my snacks when I want some. Almost out and don't want to run out again. I believe the Vinagar in it keeps my Sugar down my numbers are always lowest after eating the Pickled Bologna.

Well here is my input for today. I was so happy with my numbers when I got Bill up for Work this morning at 3:04 it was 74 I ate my Breakfast and then went to the Store to get some milk, wax paper and a few other items for my baking this morning and when I got home and started to get my pans around I noticed that my bunt pan was missing and then I ran out of Vanillia Extract for the Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I was making. I went to the neighbor and she gave me the rest of her's so when I got the cookies done I gave her 1 1/2 dozen of them and of the no bake cookies I made today, and tomorrow when I get the brownies made and the other 2 kinds of cookies made she gets some of each.
After I got done making them today I had 5 of them with my lunch I was eating on the run not good as my numbers after Lunch was 289 and then before Supper
at 5:59 it was at 62 and after we had Spaghetti it was 133 so all things considered it wasn't to bad for today.
Most of the cookies I made are in Sandwich bags for Bill's Lunch pail once they are in baggies I don't usually get into them so I am safe. It is just leaving them alone while they cool that is my down fall.

I think you are going awesome. Starting out at times is discourging. But sound like you have the right attitude. I know of a place where you can get book cheaper thought. I have used it to get books for my daugther. Its an offshot of ebay called. I can get hardback books for like 4 dollars plus like 2 dollars shipping. Trust me after going to places like Barnes and Noble and amazon helped me safe money for the more important things. Check it out. These days we all have to look out and hold on tightly to our money. I know I can buy 5 or 6 books for Stormy at the price of 2 in the places I am already stated just a thought.

Thankyou for the web site for the books I will check it out. I am buying some books thru Books-A-Million for my Grand Children in Alaska. They got the Books I shipped last Monday today and Alex is not as happy with the book Grandma got him as I thought he would be so will get the Rest of his collection for The Secrets of Droom. Donna just loved her Hanna Montana books Grandma sent her and Mary loved the Sue Henry book I added to her Collection. My Daughter Mary gave me 2 of her books to read while I was Visiting her back in 06 and I have just been adding to her collection for her I read what I buy and then ship to her. LOL I forgot to write down the Names of the Ones I have already read so she has to email them to me. I don't want to forget the front covers and then buy copies and send her that would be too funny.

This week was a mixed bag, but over all, I feel good about my progress. As long as I am not screaming those 180's anymore I am happy. Now my goal of staying below 140 all day in my sights. That is where I am headed, I hope.

Weight: 289.25 (Finally below 290!!!) Lost 2.75 pounds. That is always an encouragement for me!

Dietary weekly averages
Carbs: 185 (oops, my goal was 145)
Fats: 45 (goal 40)
Proteins: 97 (goal 80)
Sodium: 2905 (goal 2000) Dang it!
Calories: 1601 (goal 1500-1800)

Blood Glucose weekly averages

Fasting: 146
Before Lunch: 95
Bedtime: 169
Overall Average: 140 (better, but room to improve)

Exercise: 50 min interval work out. (goal 150) I gotta move a lot more. It really helps, I know it, I just have to do it.

I have been going to bed with some great number. Last night I was 100, but it always goes up at night. So when I test at 3:00 AM should I eat something and take my metformin then? I have had a couple of good Fasting reads, but they come off a really high bedtime reading. It is so frustrating. High before bed = better AM numbers. What a mess. Any suggestions?

Write down what you are doing and check back in one week and see if that is working, if not then try the Meds at 3 and then again check back in a week. when you find what helps the most then stick with it.

I have been so tired all the time again this heat is just doing me in so if my numbers are high again I know it is because of the heat and not eating like I had been because of the heat. It just goes right thru me or I throw it all up after eating.
I now have 6 pails of water in the Deep Freeze hopefully it helps me to stay cool during this heat. I need one more box fan so as not to keep moving them from room to room. LOL

I got another Quilt on the Frame for quilting and then I will finish the Double Wedding Ring Quilt for the Dr and his wife's Anv. then start on Christine's quilt She wants a Patriot Quilt with lots of Red, White and Blue in it.

Concerning your use of, "fasting". What does that mean?

It could be that your 3 a.m. high is from your liver delivering glycogen for one reason or another. Are you taking insulin?

Metformin does work on the liver, but beyond that statement, I'm not advising you to change your regimen without checking with your dr.

I wouldn't make that big of a change without talking to him. I am just looking for ideas to propose to him.
My Fasting is before breakfast, usually between 7:00 and 7:30 AM.

Now I noticed that last night I went to bed with a 97, did my 4:00 AM and I was 151 and then by my Fasting at 7:00 AM I was 134. So, that said, that is better than 161, which seems to be my magic number. It has done this for a couple of days, so maybe I am seeing a new pattern? I have just been on my glipizide for 5 weeks, so maybe it is getting built up enough to deal with my middle of the night rises.

OK. I get the fasting. Usually that's a 12 hour period w/out eating.

I still don't get why you're getting up at 3 a.m. Is it to check your BG? To take medication? Or just coming awake and then going back to sleep?

Unless you were prescribed awaking at 3 for some reason, I would suggest you forgo that BG test and just go for a full 8 hours. That will allow your body to reset itself, so to speak.

I make that suggestion because there's nothing you can do about your, "dawn effect". Eight hours of sleep is suggested by everything I ever read on sleep. The results of the BG test increases your anxiety, and probably screws up your REM sleep, which is the deepest part of ones sleep pattern.

I am doing the 3:00 am test to show my doctor what is happening. It is recommended by the ADA, but I am just doing it for 3 months while I am on a new medication to see what happens. I am usually up to go to the potty anyway or let the dogs it is nothing new.

the phrase "fasting sugars" for reasons of first reading before breakfast, after a before bedtime snack, is the usualy accepted discription. (aprox 8 hours)

These readings are really nothing new. I am starting to see some lower Fasting numbers this week, so maybe it was just taking some time to get in my system at night. I don't eat right before bed, I eat my snack about 1-2 hours before bedtime. I am also trying to make my lunch my heaviest meal, so I have more active hours to work that glucose out. Maybe that is what is helping.

That could be what is helping you with your numbers now. Are you still eating ice cream and nuts for your evening snack.
I was posting my numbers last nite and the internet went down on me before I could hit the send button. LOL didn't save a thing so now I have to get my log book to repeat the information this morning and see if it works this time. I see while typing this morning if I go slow the computer doesn't even freeze on me that is good.
Keep up the Great Work Gabby. Question can I bring Faye with me this Fall to meet you at the same time I meet you. We have two other towns to visit while there one is to see my Dad's brother Uncle Walter Huyck Jr. and the other is the town that she lived in when her one Son died, she wants to visit the Grave.

Sure stop on by. I am not sure where we will be living....we are selling the house to avoid foreclosure, just went on the market today. I am very sad about was our dream home. Now it is our nightmare. sigh....
I don't eat icecream and nuts every night like I was. Now I am doing no sugar added popcicles and glucerna bars for nite time snacks.

Good Evening Everyone;
how is it going for all of you this fine night?
Well before I get onto my numbers tonight I have a Web Site for Lois and Gabby in case they haven't already gotten it.
this will give you updates on your Current Medications for any possible problems with them and how they interact with other Medications your on at the time.
Everyone could use this site for safety with our Medications and how it affects us with other Medications taken at the same time.

Now on to my numbers
@ 3:44 am it was 124 I had two slices of toast with a slice of cheese on them.
@ 1:53 it was 197 after eating 4 bread sticks and a piece of stuffed pizza.
and then @ 9:21 it was 245 after eating Mushroom Alfrado porkchops and Mashed potatoes , mac and cheese and french style greenbeans.
Well I know now I have to give my self a shot of 10units of Humalog before Meals to keep my numbers down and not use Store Bought Alfrado sauce of any kind it is to much for the BG numbers.

please take this post with the intent to help not to critisize your efforts as you are working very hard and sharing more details than i have the guts to :-)

though i have to ask for instance what your numbers were before you ate the meal with alfrado sauce? if they were within guide lines the sauce may be the culprit, if they were much higher say 200 the sauce may not be to bad.

you are not using your meter to its fullest. Its hard to make corrections with only a small amount of information, I understand it is more expensive ( if you have insurance have dr make script for a bigger multiple of 50 ( 5 times daily 150 7x =210 get 200 the same copay you have now ) you dont always have to get the whole script every refill.

i hope this may help in your quest for better control.

I am doing the best that I can and hope the heat don't zap me any more this summer. What a way to lose weight. Get hot head to the Bathroom and I mean head to the Bathroom hopefully no one else in there. LOL

Congratulations! I am glad that the Byetta is working out so great for you. I too tried it but it made me so ill I had to go off. My Mom was on it a while to but had to go off for the same reason. However she has been doin great off of it as well. The way I understand it it slows down the absorption of the food so you feel fuller longer. That may be why you're being so successful on only eating when you feel hungry. You have food in your stomach longer. Best of luck on the weight loss and AMAZING control on your blood sugars.

Ok when I first started with the Byetta I was given the 5mcg. and then when we tried to go to the 10 that was when I first got sick so I went back to the 5.
I went upto the 10 again as the 5 stopped working for me and the weight started coming back on. I find that if I can make it past the first week I didn't get sick after that also I took a glass of milk after the shot to calm my stomach and it worked out better for me that way.

I got an alert from Lantus that they have found that it can cause Cancer not good for me as my Dad died of Cancer and Mom took some Medication to keep from losing me in the Mid 50's that can cause me to get Cancer also. What a thing to find out now I have been on Lantus for over 5 years now. Will have to give Doc Quin the print out of the information I got in my inbox so he can do what needs to be done to help me lower my numbers with out the Cancer risk to me.
Have to run for now will be back later today some time.
I forgot to come back on last nite so here is my numbers for yesterday Meaning Friday the 10th
@7:44 am it was 133 @ 4:37pm it was 122 and then after Supper @ 8:11 it was 196 I made Chicken Primivera over Shell Macaroni.

I heard it from iGuard Safety Alerts. They give me alerts on all the Medication I take to keep me safe with the mixture.
Plus it helps me to control my Medications better than looking up each one all the time for updates. I'll get you the Web Site Address I signed up with for it.

Hi Edie,
Don't know if you remember Ella being on here but I am back,had some things going on.Had good news yesterday- my A1C is 5.7%, three months ago it was 6.1 and the one before that 6.3
See you are still quilting-that's good.
I go next week to see if I am still in remission with lung cancer, remember me in your prayers.
I will get to other friends soon.

I think you are doing great!! Those numbers are just peachie!! I have wondered about that Beyta myself…not sure if I apply for it or not but I wondered…I heard of others loosing weight with it as well. Tell me more about that will ya? And you are doing just great with your meals…yeah..summertime is the same for me, the heat..its hard to eat with the heat for me sometimes. Anyhow, keep up the great work girl!! I have my meals planed in advance and the total calories set aside for the day as I get hungry I eat from what is fixed in advance when total is eaten I stay out of the kitchen after that now.

Good Morning Everyone;
I have just made up my meal plans for today and tomorrow I know I am over calories for both days but am closer than I have been. At least the larger meal is at lunch time so as to burn it off during the rest of the day.
I am having Arby's for lunch that is the reason the calories are so high for that meal. I will check out what they put on the Sandwich so as I can make my own at home in the future and be lower in Calories and carbs I hope.

I have went back to the way I ate before I was told I was a Diabetic. My Mom cooked for a family of 7 for years and I decided to go back to that way of eating. When I told one of my family members they said that was the Diabetic Diet Mom had to cook as there are other Diabetics in the Family so I did it her way.
6 small meals a day when hungry not the reg 3 with 3 snacks; it is 6 snacks a day. That is to say Plan my meals for the day and divide the food into 6 meals total it is working great for me now. I have lost just over a pound in less than a week.

I put the total calories allowed where I can get at them for the day now and then eat them as I get hungry. When total is eaten I stay out of the kitchen for the rest of the day and evening till I have to take my last shot and grab my bedtime snack that is already set in the Frontroom and not in the kitchen they calories for it had already been added in to my total earlier in the day.

With eating the way I am at this time my numbers stayed in the 80's yesterday. Maybe this is what I need to do for awhile.
But I also need to remember to take my Lantus at Bedtime as with out it last night my number this morning was 126.

I eat this way every Summer as I get sick otherwise. With the heat and all it works best for me this way. This year I may stick with it all year though and see what happens. I lose weight during the Summer and gain in the winter maybe this way I can lose all of the extra weight this year. talk to you all later.
