Just a few minutes ago I was eating a small muffin. On every small bite I actually started to choke. On the last bite I had to started signaling for granddaughter to call 911,
then it went down. Any one ever have this. It was a soft muffin.

Just realized something. It my life, so far, I've have many endoscopys. Maybe my esophagus has swollen to the point of not being able to swallow well.

You might be dehydrated. Try drinking eight 8 oz glasses of water per day. I hope you don't have a cold or bronchitis that makes your throat feel like it is closing.
