I got an 82% but I do disagree with the soy comment. I don't think soy should be a protein food source for women.

But in Asia just about every meal has soy in it…

I rather imagine it's not GMO like it is here. I am not saying you cannot eat it at all, but making it a major source of your protein is not recommended, specially if you are overweight and female.

I agree wioth you on the soy, Gabby. Don't think it should be a source of protein for anyone, really. Looking in the groc store today at protein shakes and I rejected many of them due to soy being too far up in the ingredient list.

I forgot my score, but it says I'm a protein pro. I did miss the one about soy, because I've heard so much about soy being bad for you, and I'm allergic to it anyway.

I didn't miss that one because I answered it the way I knew the test designer wanted me to. I happen to disagree with the "correct" answer.

I believe that was the one i missed as well, Shy and probably for the same reason. I look on that as a difference of opinion regarding soy between me and the person who made this quiz . So I am not too torn up about it.

Wow, I know I don't get no 56 grams of protein a day, that's probably why my muscles are not building the way they should after I get a good workout every night.

Did better than I expected. I got 100%. But I have done a lot of nutritional studying over the years since my diabetes diagnosis.
I eat very little if any processed foods. Mostly real foods and getting an order of grass fed meats in a week.

Understand that if you will explore the actual regulations for FDA Nutritional Analysis, food manufactures are given leeway of plus/minus 20% in the accuracy of the listings that you find on labels.

What percentage of everyday people really know what foods contain in protein and carbohydrates grams when eating? I find it unfortunate, most don't:( After all, one of the long past gov't regulations for those that do inspect the packages nutritional analysis' for stacked ingredients and Calorie content of Carbos, Proteins, and Fats.

Does it amaze most reading here, that the amount of protein grams/day recommended here is WAY over indulged daily within our USA population? Even lower if sedentary.
