I spent 3 weeks in a rehab hospital after my stroke. The only thing I actually "missed" about the place were the daily water workouts. Best exercise ever!

I love water aerobics and water zoomba. Just be careful. If you have a cut, do NOT go in the water as it is a public pool with lots of possible bugs to cause you a problem. I was going for a long time but then I got a cut on my leg and had to stop until it got better. By then I had a different cut on my leg so my time out of the pool continued. Now here it is a year later and I got out of the habit of going even though I really did enjoy it. Guess I will have to start again.

I LOVE water therapy. I have my own program of exercises that I do 5 times a week. Takes me about an hour to do it all. Even on days when I don't want to drag myself to the pool, I am glad I did. I feel so good after my work-out. Good luck and ENJOY!
