Congrats! You can do it! Attitude is everything. I started a 30-day incurables program. I am T1D with hypothyroid and auto-immune. My blood sugar after one week is 70-95 fasting in the am and 85-100 in the evening. I am down to 27 units of insulin a day and I have only been on this program for 5 days. I am willing to change and take total responsibility for this process. Loving ourselves enough to change and do what is needed or required makes a big difference in healing the body. Love your self for taking the challenge. I am voting for your victory.

Great job!! I will encourage myself to have motivation to do the challenge. THANKS for being an inspiration.

I certainly wish you luck. Right now, I have a cold and have pulled a muscle in my back—-couldn't do a situp for anything.

motivation is the problem. If I were motivated to exercise I'm sure I wouldn't have diabetes…

You would still have it. I'm 47 and have been working out since I was 19 (hoping I wouldn't get diabetes like both my parents). I still got it anyway. If you're genetically destined for it, you're gonna get it.

No one in my family has ever had it. I can't get off my butt and go walk…One size doesn't fit all when it comes to diabetes…

If I took a squat challenge they would have to use the jaws of life to get me up off the floor. LOL but hey congrats to you. I need to start some kind of program to build strength…:)
