I am trying to understand your question. Are you asking why you are having elevated FBS when you get up?

The reason I do not know particularly Always I am on normal value of FBS 89-95 Butsome nose infection andantibiotic capsulestaken for one week It may raise my FBS previous week 157 and this week (21 st and 28 th February )
Further night iamconsume only some tomateo and veg sabjis only or some corn flake + 100 ml of milk (without sugar)
Now please understand my question each 1, 2 ,3 separately and please share

I am trying to understand. I am sure you are as frustrated as I am about my understanding.

When you get specific like you did this post above.

Certain medications, like some antibiotic medications and steroids can raise one's BG levels. Foods like tomato soup (which often have High Fructose Corn syrup in it) can do it too. Also corn products of any kind, like corn flakes (22 g carbs per cup ~ http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/breakfast...) plus the carbs from the milk.(2% ) has 5 gm of carbs. so that makes a total of 27 g of carbs without any sugar added.

I am myself not sure if the questions 1 thru 3 are the right questions to be asking.

Must be gone for the rest of the morning but wil check in with this discussion when i return.
