Do any of you use an app to track your meals and count carbs & sugar? I have an iPhone so it would need to be comparable. I was thinking more of an Atkins diet tracker that tells me what foods I can have.

I use MyFitnessPal on an android phone, but believe it is also available for iPhone as well. it is a calorie based program, but does count carbs and other nutrition as well. I love it. I have the Atkins app, but do not like it near as much as the myfitnesspal app.

Hi clwmwb,
I use the Atkins diet.. Go to of.atkins…when you join tube web site they will send you the Atkins book. It tells l you can and cannot have.
Its.also a cookbook. I've lost 80 lbs so far on the Atkins Plan. I still have a way to go. Its a good diet. I swear by it. Hugs, VL

I do not have a smart phone, but I recently purchased a Fitbit activity tracker and I absolutely love it. It tracks calories consumed, calories burned, steps, etc. I log in my food intake and it does the rest.

does it track carbs as well?

yes—you log in your food and it gives you calories, carbs, protein, etc. It also shows you calories burned during the day and compares it to calories consumed. I really like it. There are several different fitbits. I have the Charge.
