My body kind of went into complete stall mode last week…didn't loose an ounce…which is very unusual…I am dropping so much weight that my own daughter didn't recognize me from behind the other day…I had been wearing the same clothes (because ordering clothes every time you drop 15 pounds is too expensive)…my belts have been my best friend…but the other day my clothes order came in the mail…finally well fitting clothes!!..I put on a pair of black leggings and a new blouse and YES ,my daughter was walking behind me for about 4 blocks and didn't realize it was me!!!!…back to the weight loss issue…as I said my weight loss had stalled…completely..didn't drop a pound…I don't know how many people reading this do atkins…or how many that do are familiar with the original atkins diet (before a lot of it was destroyed in my opinion)…but I thought I would share how I pushed the restart button and started the pounds falling off again…the Good old fashioned original FAT FAST!!!!…For three days I cut my carb consumption down to 10 grams and ate predominately fat…I would eat half a can of tuna instead of an entire can and put double the mayo…eat spoonfuls of coconut oil…eat a small green salad with chunks of blue and cheddar cheese ( more cheese than salad.)…scrambled eggs in a tons of butter…anyway..it occurred to me when I stepped on the scale and saw I was two pounds lighter than yesterday (yippee!!)…that because the NEW atkins is the one circulating now…that there was the possibility that many have never heard of the fat fast…take it and utilize if you need it and feel comfortable with it…huggles..
