Yes, why not now a days there are exercise equipment available for wheelchair bound people also. Aunt in my neighbourhood loss around 10kg being a wheelchair bound she is truly an inspiration, She told me that in her weight loss journey diet and her exercise table play a major role which she brought it from online one can check this ( http://www.spinlife.com/Patterson-Medical-Adj... ) One can use that. Hope it is useful.

that was my only problem area when I was diagnosed over 6 years ago now. I decreased a lot of that abdominal fat (2 csections too, that did not help) by aerobic exercise daily and eating right and I was low carb. I did include quite a bit of protein and fiber in every meal and in my snacks also. Good luck.

Howdy Wildlifeman
Haoleboy (steve) is correct. There is no way to spot reduce either by exercise or by the use of pills. He is also correct when he suggests a low carb meal plan.

I lost 65 lbs over 5 mo on a high protein and low carbohydrate meal plan. Most of it was flab from around my midriff. I have diabetic neuropathy and don't do all that much exercise outside of the activities of daily living.

I have a meal plan worked up which I have followed for 3 + yrs and am willing to offer it to anyone who requests it.

Blessings to you and yours

targeting areas for weight loss through exercise is really not possible … that said … a very low carb diet has been shown to cause more abdominal fat reduction than other types of diets … at lest it worked for me as I went from a 52 inch waist to 33 inch.
