I don't eat enough

Woke this morning my blood sugar is 68 so I had 4 crackers two hard boil egg and activia lowfat yogurt with fiber I can't bolos so I will check it to see what it is in an hour my day is complaining that I am not eating enough I have my fitness plan on my phone that every thing I eat I put it my plan is 1800 kcal diet. Is there any thing wrong with what I had to eat ?

Hi Ruth,
What you ate was okay. The crackers should have had peanutbutter on them but the eggs and yogurt was fine. I personally am on a low carbohydrate, high protein diet. It works real well for diabetics and real well for me. Hugs, VL

Thanks you VL am doing me these day I spend most of my life worry what other people think so this year is about me there was an episode last year I just turn the mat over an take a stand it about me now I come first I was happy when I join this site I come on when I have time I work 5 days a week 11-7 and a 5 yrs old to take care of so am happy I found some where I can be free an not be judge by what I do or say hugs to you too thank dear.

there IS PLENTY of new research that suggest that calorie restriction is actually beneficial to the health of most people.(as long as it is done correctly)..You would be hard pressed to find a scientist that would disagree…My ultimate plan is to go "real" keto…not the Atkins keto I follow now and add calorie restriction…but I have already made so many changes to my diet in such a short period of time..I think I need to relax and stick to the status quo for a while…

Me too it say a lot of times I don't eat enough but I ignore it an do me fruit have natural sugar like pineapple I stay away from it high in sugar I just try a cauliflower rice the other day it was good I find the recipe in magazine I was reading I do protein as well depending on my day an reading .

MyFitnessPal thinks I am dead because I don't eat more than 1000 calories per day as per my bariatric surgeon (so that I will lose weight in my first year following bariatric sleeve surgery). MFP wants me to eat at least 1200 calories per day. Truthfully, I sometimes don't even eat 1000 calories as I might have gone overboard the day before and gained weight so I drink Premier Protein Drink twice a day and only have one actual meal including protein, veggies and fruit. If I had a goal of 1800 calories per day, I would gain weight. I must lose at least another 25 pounds in order to have a tummy tuck where I will look and feel better. So I plow on, only eating half a meal when I dine out, and trying to eat as little as possible when alone. Probably not the best way, but I'm dong the best I can.

Gabby it was 101 I didn't feel any way! my low's I don't start feeling it when it's in the low 30's then sweaty and and like a hallow space in my stomach then I have to eat a lot of carbs to fill that gap but I am working hard with this diet of 1800kcal it I working for me the calorie count is great and it help me with the carb count also but some time they make me feel like crap like am not doing enough or if they cook white rice an I don't want it's the end of the world. I pledge this year it's about me I don't care what no one say my husband I worry about every little thing so I try not to take on a lot of stuff am doing me thanks gabby(:

1800 is a good goal to loose or maintain weight. Depending on your activity level and such. Your breakfast sounds good. How did you feel after you ate? What kind of sugar levels did you have after? That is the important thing to watch.
