Trying to add a lttle variety to breakfast and lunch with cheese. I like cheese and it's a good way to get some protien that is not meat. This morning I had 2 rice cakes with cheese and a small sausage patty. I had some special cheese that has been hanging around a while and decided to try it I melted it on the rice cake for about 30 seconds(about 10 seconds too long). I think it will be better just cold. I also love Brie cheese. So what is your favorite cheese and how do you like to eat it?
