Stress and Life

Juggling are lives is very hard and STRESS can make or break anyone of us. I have learned the hard way unfortunately. This advice comes from my life experience and I have been challenged to many times. This is what helps me. Now write it down and think about it before you comment or apply. 1. Never bite off more than you can chew
2. Never committ your time for along period. Start out 30 min to 2 hrs tops. You can always stay longer and be a hero, but it is harder to give an excuse, which leads to more stress. 3. You do not owe anyone a thing. You only owe yourself ..4 Learn to be happy with you, except yourself and your short coming. 5 Spoil yourself 6.Rest, Relax, sit doing nothing for 30-60 mins.a day.

Today I have taken a day off from everything and everyone, even my best friends. I am working on the computer, eating my meals, playing with my dogs, and even watching some tv shows that were on my dvr. Just staying away from stress.
When I watch tv or work on the computer, I stand and walk around for five minutes either at each advertisement or at least every half hour.
Relaxation gets rid of stress for me. And a happy, relaxed Deena is a healthy Deena/RebDee.
