When I saw my doctor recently for my 3 mo. check up I told her how I get hungry in the night and my bg is low and I then cannot sleep. I told her I get up and eat a small bowl of cherrios w/ non fat milk. She said that it is no wonder I cannot lose weight. When this happens day or night to get up and have one piece of toast with peanut butter on it. I hardly eat bread anymore but I am doing as she said and I sleep better.
