I woke up this morning and checking my fasting BS at 8:30am was 126. For breakfast I had a hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, and 2 pieces of bacon. Checked again at 11am and BS was 120. For lunch I had white meat turkey( leftover from dinner last night), raw cauliflower, carrots, and a small apple. No dressing or sauces. Checked BS at 4pm and it was 117. Lowest it has been since May 2014. Yay !! I am so pleased. Hopefully a light at the end of a long tunnel.
