I would have to agree with Judy on this one. I am the capsules right now, but they're not working as well as they use to. Still had a great sure a AC1 so I dunno if I should stop taking them when I run out or not..Ty's sugars are just getting higher so they are not doing much for him though. So I dunno. Sheila

LOL Lois, it's true! My hubby makes an 18th Century drink concentrate with berries, sugar and vinegar. He swears by it, and the vinegar keeps the bugs away!

There has been some discussions here on this site about the use of cinnamon. If you search thru the discussion pages you should find some info of what other people have said.

It's long been talked about that Cinnamon can assist in reducing blood sugar levels. I tried it and it worked at first but then the Cinnamon started irritating my stomach and my blood sugar seemed to go back up around the same time. It's worth trying to see if it helps you but it's not a cure all.. I used the Cinnamon capsules but if you like the taste you can sprinkle it on your food. I just didn't want everything I ate to taste like Cinnamon.

Works for some, doesn't work for others just like everything else in this world we live in… :)
