Portion control and the Hungries

I am trying to start portion control on my meals but when I eat less I still feel hungry. Sometimes if I still eat alot i after about 10 minutes or so I feel like I am starving or still need to eat. I eat protein, veggies/cheese and one small carb.

Like Kimberly said, it is always wise to talk to a dietician and get set up on a good meal plan. I also eat low carb, and eat plenty of food, am never hungry anymore, but the first few weeks I thought I was going to starve to death, I didn't LOL. Your body is adjusting to the changes in portions. Definitely speak to a dietician and see how much carbs and stuff you should be eating every day as it does differ with each person.
