Lower BGL will make a difference, I'm also taking DHEA 50mg and L-Arginine 1000mg daily and more the day of. These supplements are making a difference for me. I need to see about testosterone levels next.

i have found the lower my bg the better i do. most of the time still cant go all the way some time but if i stop try not to think about it and try agan it works most of the time . but also use what ever ed pill my dr's can give me becouse my insurance does not cover them.they have a few side eff but not any thing real bad for me . i get red in the face , ears get hot and some times get a stuffy nose but that is about it . no i was wrong . it works right through the next day most of the time. see side eff arnt that bad . talk to your dr next vis or call i am sure they will give you a sample befor your next vis . the most they could say is less wate intill your next vis. hope this helped. roger

Well, my fiance had this issue and he gets Medicare…they sent him a penis pump…charged to Medicare!! We have yet to experiment with it yet but I have been sick. I am getting better so *cough* SOON, I may know how this works out, lol I dunno they also have these at adult bookstores too though or many other things. Check the stores out, what the hell! Good luck! Sheila

Skip has a point, but also get your BS under control. High sugar levels have been know to both curb your drive and if not, curb your ablility to sustain. Happens to alot of us. Yeah, Talk to your doctor, Hope it all works out for you.

Have you had your testosterone tested? Diabetic men are known to have some issues with ED, but low testosterone is a major factor. I had mine tested and was far too low. For the past two years I have been using Androgel supplemental testosterone gel. Things have returned to normal.
Good luck, there are solutions out there, but you have to buck up and talk to your doctor.
