I have found that I will suffer a blood sugar crash about 3 PM everyday that I don't have an afternoon snack at 2 or 2:30.
The snack is usually something sweet like peanut butter and Banana mixed together.
Eating Dinner before 6 appears to be the best. And I sleep all night.
This is with my eating Breakfast between 6 and 8 AM.
Do You have this Problem?
If so, what is Your solution to prevent it?
