I know this has nothing to do with Diabetes but I just want to take the time to say thanks to all the vets out there that have done so much for our country.

I thank my grandfather who served in WWII. Even though you are no long here with us on Earth, I know that you are still protecting me.

Also thanks to the love of my life, Ricky, for the time you served in the military.

To Alicia Reed, Welcome Home from your 15 month tour of duty in Afghanistan. I know it has changed your life but we are all here for you and will help you through anything. Thank you for giving so much!

Everyone please feel free to add a special thank you to the vets in your life!

Beautifully said all of you. I would like to add my sincere thanks to all the vets out there as well. My grandfather was retired Coast Guard and My uncle retired Navy. They both were very proud to serve this great country and it's amazing citizens. My thoughts are also with those in service today, including my best frist Sr. Staff Sgt. Mike Ramirez. YOU ROCK MIKE!

I would like to take this time to thank ALL VETS. Past and present. We have many family and friends who have served. Some are now serving.

And yes, they give so much, for the rest of us!

Words can not express the gratitude I have for our vets and the members of the armed forces still serving. Their selfless sacrifice and their family members as well is what allows all of us to live the lifes we lead day to day. They help pay the price for our freedom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
