As some of you know, we enlisted the help of Jessica Gibbons who is a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Registered Dietitian. We collected some questions from community members and had Jessica provide her expert answers.

Here are links to her answers if you'd like to check them out.

How do I know what I can and can't eat?

How many carbs, fats, meats, etc. should I eat?

What can I do when I feel so overwhelmed with trying to eat right?

What are the basic guidelines for blood sugar testing?

Why does it seem that my treatment worked for a while and then stopped?

How do I control my morning blood sugars?

Wonderful, John. This should be extremely helpful for all of us, but especially those recently diagnosed who understandably have many questions.

John, this is such a GREAT (among all the other) offering. Once again, do you mind if I link to these tidbits from DL1 Sites and Tweet them every once in awhile?
