As the newly named Chief Information Officer of Mark and Patti's Vision, may I extend this personal invitation to witness History.

Just go to the top right of the main community Menu and choose 'Live TV'…

I just want to explain a few things for everyone.
As you know I started this site months ago and have been working on it night and day. I cannot do anything pertaining to everyone's connection situation. If you have dial-up or cable or DSL, we do not control the speed of loading our software and I apologize for that.

As for color schemes I appreciate the advice and we are trying to change a few things. It is hard to make everyone happy but if you know anything about me, or what you have seen from my writings I will try to please all to the best of my ability.

As for help, we always need help and volunteers in all areas are needed tremendously. Me naming Tom CIO, Chief Informational Officer was based on his ability to scour the web for the information I was looking for and also the amount of time he has to volunteer for the site.

With that said it doen not mean I still do not need the help of the people I have asked to help me like Leggs. Just for the record I did ask her to help me because of her will power and determination in all of her fights and I like the way she answered me when I asked her to help before there was a video. She was one of my frist supporters and Joyce will always have a position with my organization and no one can take that away from her. So if anyone sees this before her please let he know because Tom's announcement even though correct did upset her and it should not have because she was here first and her position is of the utmost importance to me and the running of my organization.

The last thing I want to address is that please feel free to let me know anything I can do to help anyone with member ship or if there are complaints. I am the most open person when it comes to my faults and I have many but I try and I try 110% everyday and every hour to do my best. Please let me know when I don't.

Thanks

Finally my last topic.

I looked at the site but haven't decided to join for several reasons. As an older person, the music gets in the way of reading, and the grey background is a bit dark. Those aren't the reasons for not joining, though. I am quite active in other organizations at this time.

Mark, Patti, and I, would like to thank all the DC Fam that tuned in for our firsts REAL LIVE live broadcast on the Diabetic TV Network. There is work to do, but all in all in went great.

I cannot stress enough how much I personally need and enjoy my DC Fam input on ecerything. For it is a large part because of the DC FAM that I even became involved. And it only took me about two minutes of watching the first Video Mark John posted here that took my to thier Vision. And well as they say, the 'rest is History' but this History is being shaped by YOU!

If you would like to email me with questions and comments/suggestions, please do so here:

Please try and include 'DC' in the topic, so I know what ones to look at first!

"Matters"…I cannot tell you how MUCH it does!!! The 'behind the scenes' aspect of what has happened (on the Net), what is happening, and what is going to happen, is being constructed by YOU, our wonderful Community.

Without you…THIS would not be happening as fast and as Global as it is!! I *only* have about 55 open/active Tasks, and those are just Operational/Testing/New Technology…and oh yea…now (lovingly) being the CIO! (Thank you Mark and Patti!)

So please keep em coming. Both me and Mark talk a couple times a day JUST about not having the time we wanted upon the 'official' Rollout of the Sites, to visit them as a User!!! But we are and will!!

I did view the site, and it is set up very well. I agree, however, that dark grey background makes reading it very difficult. Lightening that up would be a huge improvement. For those who haven't joined, why not take a minute and do that now? I already have.
