Only eat one

The recipe I gave is high in fiber. Start out by only eating one . Especially if you are not used eating fiber. If fiber bothers you it usually means you have been not getting enough fiber in your diet.
Your body will adjust to a high fiber diet. Fiber does not raise blood sugar.
