Just got home from celebrating with a big group of friends. I haven't been counting my carbs but I've been checking my glucose 2 hours post and not doing too bad. We decided to leave when everyone went back to the dessert table for seconds. They will all be grazing through the football game so we left. Too much of a temptation for me.

Yeah, we used to operate that way. Keep the table full, refill the bowls and let everyone graze. But now, we clean up after the meal it all goes into the fridge. Then we play board games or cards (we should go for a walk, but didn't) Then later we get to have a slice of pie and some coffee along with more conversation. Packing up the food is the best thing, because even after all was done people tend to not go digging in the fridge for more.

Well go figure this one out ok? Mom made lunch from left overs today: 1 slice of rye bread with two slice of ham one of turkey with mashed potatoes with gravy all over with one devilled egg that has stevia in it. Ok anyone see anything wrong with that plate? I do…Thank goodness I ate what I should. Hugs
