My plate will consist of white meat turkey, dressing, potatoes, and green beans. Not green bean casserole but green beans cooked with lean meat country ham in them and no salt. Those who wish can add the salt when on their plate. I always fix the green beans so I know what is in them and they are from my freezer.

I looked at this blog and there is nothing on it that I saw that had to do with Thanksgiving meals. I even checked the link that said website has moved. Then I gave up because I do not ever read blogs.

Check out what John Crowley posted for more accurate information
Carb count in average Thanksgiving dinner

You have to scroll down to almost the end of the blog for the thanksgiving information. Like with most anything, there are huge variances depending on how the food is prepared and the recipes. One may not be more accurate than the other, just different.

Maybe it is your browser. The post is from 2010 and all I had to do was keep scrolling down until I found it. No clicking on links, just scrolling straight down.

Doesn't really matter if you can't find it on the link, as she posted the information in the discussion.

Joyce, I don't know what I have done to you and I apologize if I have wronged you. I really don't think that I have and I am getting really tired of being belittled at every turn. I don't usually take that from anyone and hope we can move on agree that we can't be friends. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving.
