I have used e similar recipe to Roxanne's and have used sugar free cool whip. Both are great. But, the only toppings that I am aware of that are light and made for diabetics. Good luck in your search. Hugs, VL

Howdy I have
May I suggest whipped topping to put on a cake (I would not eat a cake due to my low carb lifestyle so wouldn't need the topping) But the whipped cream in a can would do well for you. In a 60 gm serving you would have only 7 gm of carbs according to the site here ~ http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and...

God's best to you

When it comes to light and fluffy icing that is also low to no sugar I don't think there is such a thing. I have used cream cheese and lemon juice and whipped it at room temp then folded in whip cream. I put this on just before serving cupcakes or carrot cake. Other then this I don't know what to tell you.
