Do you know sb or something that could help me set up diet and my activities in live to get better with my sugar ?
I am registered to gym where I have whole swimming pool complex. I had time to work out almost everyday. Also I think I would like to put more time on brain exercise such memory and fast reading.
I leave alone as freshmen which just get out from house for studies and I am able to cook anything I want. Just I need to set up proper diet.
Can somebody would be able to help me I would be very thankful.
