I got the results back from the EEG and it was totally normal. Thank you to everyone for the good thoughts and prayers!

Now, where do I go from here? The trembling in my right hand/arm and jaw/voice is happening quite often (several dozen times) a day now, and it's very frustrating. In fact, I called off work tonight because I didn't feel comfortable standing behind a register for 5 hours.

Any suggestions would be most welcome. I will be seeing my doc in about 3 more weeks and would like to have a list of questions for her.

Could it be due to some medication you're taking? My daughter has experienced that for quite some time, and they tell her it's one of her meds (that she can't do without, unfortunately).

I'm not on anything that has these side effects. I'm beginning to wonder if it's Parkinson's which runs on my father's side of the family.

Well, that's certainly a likely answer then. I presume your doctor is aware of this history and will do the necessary testing. I know you must be worried, and it has to be annoying. If it was me I'd try to get in to see the doctor sooner. Maybe they can call if they have a cancellation.

Thanks for the encouragement. I will be talking to her about additional testing tomorrow since the last time I saw her I did not have constant tremors throughout the day. I have to say, it has really gotten my husband and mom worried, but the Lord is keeping ME calm. Not such an easy thing since it LOOKS like I'm nervous! Darn hand! Thanks for your good thoughts!

When you see the Dr. make sure you ask as many questions as you can. Also you may want to make a listof things to ask so's not to forget anything.
