I think Rite Aid has them for about 7 bucks but they are only good for about 6 months because they are really cheap.. You can get a free necklace from Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation. It has on the front of it I HAVE DIABETES please test my blood before treating me.. You can Google them.

I had my neighbors order them for me. I give them to people who can't afford them. If they don't want a necklace, I make them into a bracelet with Aluminum Chain and make a clasp for them out of Aluminum wire and they never turn. The people who I gave them to loves them.

You can get them for as little as $5 I think from the drug stores. That is what I had at first. The one I have now was just $20 and I got it from a medical supply shop. It has lasted me years, while my first one lasted me only months. I am sure some of the really expensive ones will last and look pretty, but for now, the $20 one is good for me.
