hey guys can anyone help me, before i go to excercise in the am at curves have to eat something do you know of anything thats quick

Oatmeal. Its fast, its microwavable, its one dish meal. What more can you love. And if you leave it in water or fill the bowl with water, its easy clean up when you get home.

I agree with the Peanut Butter on some type of lower carb bread. This is something I eat for the morning meal quite often. I generally use the creamy peanut butter/low fat/low sugar.
