Hello!
It has been a while! I would like to know what all of you drink instead of diet soda. I know this has been discussed many times but would like to have some options. Thanks! Sheryl

I drink mainly water, just because I like it. I do have iced tea, coffee, lemonade. Sometimes I crave a carbonated drink,so I'll have a sugar free, flavored carbonated drink. That usually stops my craving after a glass or two!!
Lot of luck

Howdy Sheryl
I drink water mostly, filtered with a Brita water bottle. But for a change of pace I will drink water with a flavor enhancer in it.

God's best to you

My go to drinks are decaf unsweet tea and water. They are always in the house. I also have a few drink recipes I have shared with the community that I like to shake things up a bit.

One is Citrus Fresh: http://www.diabeticconnect.com/diabetic-recipes/general/5729-citrus-fresh
Almond Milk: http://www.diabeticconnect.com/diabetic-recipes/general/5717-almond-milk
Turmeric Tea: http://www.diabeticconnect.com/diabetic-recipes/general/5720-turmeric-tea

For the most part, I try to drink homemade things instead of bottled items.

I drink a lot of water and decaf tea. I prefer green tea with lemongrass. I drink it iced and hot, sweetened with stevia. When in the mood for hot cocoa I use almond milk and add cocoa and stevia to taste. Every once in a while I enjoy decaf coffee.

Water, sometimes with a slice of lemon, works for me. I also like iced coffee but without any of the sweet syrup stuff.
