Raises hand.
My numbers are under control, and there are days I feel sicker then a dog, I check and check sugar just to be safe cause I feel like I am low low no energy.
My brothers diabetic too he goes through the same thing he says it is part of being a diabetic.
I have noticed though if I get on the tredmill during that time it really helps bring me out of it it takes about a hour after I get finished to start feeling better but it helps.
Give a walk a try see if you notice it too.

Yeah, I've had lots of those days. Friends and family help, but most don't get it. Getting lost in a good book and a lot of prayer snap me out of it most of the time. Hang in there!

I have the same problem, there are days that I feel like I have no energy at all.
Like Sarg said just try to keep busy which is hard sometimes with my COPD.

Oh, the downs can bring you so down somtimes. I find the trick is to keep busy. Dont dwell on the down. The more you think about it, the lower you get. Sorry you are suffering. But know you are in good company. Good luck.

This is a constant problem for me. As many different meds that I take for all the different ailments you would think I would feel great after taking my meds but I don't

Diabetes is an autoimmune disease. As such there will be days that we feel bad. It is our body fighting back. Sometimes when you are feeling bad and you check your numbers you will find that you are actually fine. We just have to go with the flow.

This describes me perfectly. I am on a constant search to find the cause. Right now I am exploring vitamins and have had my doctor test me for lack of certain ones. I found out I am way low on Vitamin D and have started taking a supplement. Maybe this will help me.

Just wanted to note that although I do feel bad physically almost everyday, I rarely let it affect my moods.

I was just like Avera. I had a major problem about a month ago with my Vitamin D too. I'm taking 50,000 mgs, yes 50,000 mgs of Vitamin D every Monday for 3 months. Today was my fourth week and my energy level has come up 90%. Worth checking out. I really do feel better and I hope you do too! Take care, Angie

I think it is just called life !!!! I think we all have those days I know I had one myself today!!! So we all understand it is what it is and it will pass. If it doesn't then you can look into it further. Good luck to you.

I have to agree with Mary! Just happens. Happens to everyone, for no aparent reason.

Someone agreeing with me!!! That doesn't happen often. LOL Glad to hear that there is someone out there who does, even if is once in a while. lol

I think at some point in time, everyone feels crappy for no apparent reason. Don't know why, just the way it is. I know I have.
