hey guys! I hope everyone is doing fine. lately I've been having some "highs" and lol it's almost like insulin isn't working.. so I came to seek some great diets and workouts! any suggestions?

Try drinking a glass of water mixed with lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar about 1/2 hour before eating. Are you eating enough protein and vegetables? Are you still eating 'white' foods? What about trying brown rice or wild rice? Spaghetti squash instead of pasta? I know it's frustrating trying to find the right combination but it can be done. After awhile it will become easy then it will become second nature…

If you are having high BG (blood glucose) levels and it seems the insulin is not working, perhaps you would do well to revisit your intake of food and drinks.

How many carbs are you consuming per meal and per day?

Might you have a case of "portion creep" where your portions are getting bigger without you realizing? Go back to weighing what needs to be weighed and measuring what needs to be measured and see if that affects your BG levels.

Also, you may wish to log everything you eat and drink for a week, Perhaps you are consuming some things of which you are not aware.
