Hello everyone I have been diabetic for 17 years have went years without medical insurance and don't have insurance now. One thing I have done is not to panic, less stress and much prayer. Now, I am heavy and other health issues have me. However, I am training my body not to eat certain things and I live to cook especially Soul Food. So since some of my activities are limited and food prices are to the roof it eliminates some food that I would normally buy. Vegetables are great the greener the better. Learn and Listen to Your Body for example it will tell you that's enough and you need to get rest. Listen to your body do what it say's and its going to take sacrifice and discipline. Also, I keep up with the American Diabetes Association. Knowledge is Power. Now to all of youGod Bless You.
