I've been diabetic for 6 years. I am 19, & I also have a diabetic brother. Recently it's been really getting to me. . I've been sick with Keytones for two weeks, as well as a HSV-1 outbreak due to stress. . For the last three days I've been feeling a little suicidal, & I really just want it all to end. . Anyone else suffer from really bad depression? How do you cope & keep going everyday?

Listen just take a step back and calm down. Think of things that make you happy. Think of who you care about like friends and family. Try and do something that makes you happy at least once a day. Also balance out your omega 3 verse omega 6 fatty acids. Too much omega 6 as found in soy bean products can push out of balance your omega 3's. You can eat more sushi or avocado. You should get out and take a walk. If you have no loved ones then get a dog or pet. You could also get a Rx and vaporize some Medical Marijuana, get something Sativa for your depression. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels. No matter what you must understand that you need to seek out happiness. It won't fall in your lap. You have to make it happen. Start with some good music and take a walk. The world is full of so much beauty if you take the time to find and appreciate it. Good luck and hang in there!
