Hello everyone. I am struggling with breakfast choices. I have my lunch and dinner meal planning down. I am struggling with my breakfast. What are some options?

eggs, bacon, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, ThinkThin! bar, and often times leftovers from dinner work for me :)

Howdy Tuck
It really depends on your taste and what your body will tolerate. For instance I am unable to use steel cut oats (or oatmeal of any kind) since it raises my BG (bloos glucose) to unacceptable levels.

I usually like 2 eggs and turkey sausage for my b-fast or alternatively will eat some cottage cheese with pineapple in it.

I tend to eat a lot of protein for breakfast. Occasionally I will have a beef or pork steak for breakfast with a couple of eggs on the side.

There is, of course,.no commandment that you shall have only foods which are considered breakfast. You are free to have a regular meal for breakfast as well

God's best to you

I enjoy crock pot steel cut oats or oatmeal. NOT INSTANT! I put cinnamon in them with splenda and maybe some apples. Weigh apples first so u know how many carbs u are getting. I c of steel cut oats cooked approx. 34 carbs
