I have been a diabetic for almost 26 yrs, yea me. When I first found out the sugar free products were terrible. They left a aftertaste that I couldn't stand. Now either I adjusted to diet or they're much better. The first thing I really like is the sugar free chocolate dipped strawberries from Sharis Berries or Secret Spoon. The second thing I really like is Russell Stovers sugar free candy. And last but not least is Diet Dr. Pepper. Now remember that even if it is sugar free watch your intake because there is still carbs.

I've been told that I need to drink more water. YUK! I've discovered that I love the sugar-free Wyler's single packs. Add to a 16.9 oz bottle of water and it no longer looks or tastes like water. My favorite is the cherry flavor. It can be found in most store for $1 w/ 8 packets in a box.

I love to bake and I now use only the Splenda white and brown sugar blends. Diet Cherry Dr Pepper is my current favorite. I also love avocados and mangoes.

I'm going to be baking some "healthy" banana bread this week and it uses the splenda for baking. Hopefully the bread comes out good. I have very ripe bananas that are starting to take up way too much room in my freezer. I'll let you know how it turns out. I also use splenda for marinades that call for sugar, such as soy sauce, splenda, minced garlic gloves, ground ginger, and some lemon grass (a little goes a long way). I marinade boneless skinless breasts usually over night and then do them on the grill. Awesome! My wife loves it too because it basically tastes like a teriyaki marinade.

Yep, another Diet Dr. Pepper fan here. Also, I really like the Murrays Sugar free cookies. The shortbread are great, but I have been diabetic for almost 30 years, so my tastes are probably skewed hehe. As for snacks, I'm a sucker for low fat cottage cheese with pineapple

I love the new Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper! I also enjoy all the different granola bars offered these days..its like having a candy bar! I just checked and all the different ones I have at the moment have 24 carbs and 6 sugars…a little high on carbs, but I usually don't have trouble since I take them with me when I am being active.

Quaker chewy granola bars are about 19 carbs depending on which one you get but they are pretty good. They also have like 7 grams of sugar.

Quaker Chewy granola bars also come in a 25% less sugar variety if you can find them. They have a peanut butter one and a chocolate chip. They are delicious!

I try to stay away from the sugary desserts. If I have to have something sweet I go for the 100 cal packs. I still have to be careful which one I choose. Make sure you look at the labels. Snacks should be less than 15 grams of carbs and less than 200 cals.

My favorite diet drink is most definitely Diet Sierra Mist. I'm not a big fan of the dark colas. I also enjoy iced tea with a wedge of lemon and some sweet and low…

I also like the Lipton Dr. Citrus Green Tea. Before I did the diet drinks I didn't care for colas either, esp. Dr. Pepper but the diet one is good.

I, too, like Diet Dr. Pepper. Also Diet Pepsi. And the sugar free Reese's cups, can't get enough. I have also try a small sampler of the Russell Stover candy. Very good. The sampler is the size with only 4 pieces of candy in it.

My sister-in-law had bought me some for Easter. That was the first time I had tried them also. For someone who is a chocolate and peanut butter freak, it was GREAT!!!
