How does everyone deal with cravings for sugary and caffeine filled drinks? I have substituted diet sodas. I know long term this isn't good, but soda was my energy beverage. I am having a hard time dropping the soda cravings , but I have not had a real sweetened one since being diagnosed. Thank god I like drinking unsweetened iced teas. What other beverages does everyone else drink instead of soda?
