Hi everyone
I just had great news my a1c went up but not much, I mean I thought it would be 9 or 10 way my sugar was! But it was 7.9 it good right!
I just got back from Ditian and boy what I thought about insulin I was taking was wrong I thought it covered my food but lantus only cover when I don't eat ! Wow. I learned about how much carb should eT each meal! Today this noon my meal wasn't good as I learned too much carb and calories! Had pumpkin muffin from dd then Mochca coconut ice coffee those two my carb was 95 and calories 900 and haven't eaten supper! So after app I learned a lot about meds and how effect my sugar next month more on food! I'm excited about my new journey for healthier me! I got get eyes check told her it been 5 yrs since last checkup! I let everyone know how that goes ! Have great week and good summer what's left! I found colored leave that's turned I'm in n h I think early fall!

I had sweets for everything it was my comfort thing I'm working with therapist to help me veiw food as what keeps me going! What u use instead starch sweets to reward or fill meals

I thought wouldn't be so hard but struggle with my sweets that love all them also I learned I love carbs breads having hard time figure what replace it but doing a lot reading on this site James helped with his posts on how he did it and everyone else this week struggle

Great! I certainly understand what you mean. I really love sweets and carbs myself, and can't have much of either due to hypoglycemia. I pretty much don't have any sweets at all. But I remind myself how much better I feel when I don't indulge. That's a reward in itself.

Today I'm over everything I relized now it carbs making me relize it! Tomorrow I'm starting to measure food I never did that but if I want accuracy I need start somewhere !now got exercise walking not working but getting. bicycle in side house don't now how long start with but going slow get it in two weeks! I'm going to make progress
