I love to run and I started back up again.
What vitamins should I be talking and also I have a problem with eating at night, How could I solve that ?

I just like to eat at night. I'm a night eater. I like to eat before bed and that is bad for my blood sugars. thank you!!!!!

Just what kind of problem might you be having with eating at night? Please describe what the problem is as you see it?

Vitamins, I could only guess, but a multivitamin may be your first choice. You may need to get a workup which analyzes micronutrients which may be missing in your body. And then you are aware that the best way to get those micronutrients is to eat them. Those micronutrients are best consumed as food as they are more bioavailable than the vitamins in pill form.
