have lost 34 lbs and my sugars where 6.3 form over 10 in jan.

GOOD JOB!!!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! Keeping with the carb counting should help you a lot. Don't let anyone and I mean anyone tell you that you need more carbs than you are eating. That's a flat out lie. I was doing so well loosing weight and While I was in the hospital I was told by the Nutrionist that I needed to eat more carbs and she kept on sending me things I didn't want to eat and after about 2 weeks I finally broke down and started to eat them again and guess what happened——you are so very right I started to put all the weihgt I lost back on and then some in only 2 weeks. I'll never be able to do that again and I was very heart broken about it. I give you all the uplifting you need to keep on this diet of healthy eating.

watching carbs exersise walking 1 hr every day no moer than twenty carbs at meals and 15 for snaks i still have 20 lbs to go and they will no come off as fast.

small portions and exersise. no patas and 1/3 cup of bobevens mashed potatoes at supper meat chiken salmon talopi stake on sat or sunday a piece the size of a deck of cards. fruit in morning for breakfas and snacks. about 1 1/2 cups of strabbies i have that divied through the day usualy 1/2 at lunch and supper and the other for one of my snacks. i walk 1hr every day. i go to walmart. it is safe. and swimm classes on monday and wed arthrits exersises not strenus.
