I'm trying to get on insulin pump and do have BCBS insurance but still need help with affording supplies to help maintain a longer life with my diabetes. Any advice will help and will be appreciated, thanks in advance!!

My deductible is 1500/3000 so will this help supply what I need with supplies for the pump every three months without having too pay a lot of money out of pocket?

You will need to check w bcbs, but once i met my 3000 deductible (my money out of my pocket) i pay 20% of supplies and lab work etc until the new year then i have to meet my deductible again. Each policy is different.

I too have bcbs and recently got on the pump. They should cover supplies. My Dr took care of going prescription to the pump company. I have a high deductible and it's been met this yr so supply cost is lower
