After one month of doing the Ketosis (eating less than 50 carbs per day) thing I have lost 10 lbs and today ran my first sub 12 min mile (11:47) as part of my 4x weekley 3-4 mile run. It has been slow getting to the point of burning fat instead of carbs but i think I am there. Lots of energy and feeling good. Cant wait to find out my A1c in a month or so. Jump on board, if i can do this anyone can!
