Hubby and I have been going to the gym and the work is paying off. I've lost 45 lbs., he has lost 50. My question is, pre and post workout supplements, can they help? I know some use stevia, but it is the carbs I worry about. I've asked this question on the ask an expert panel, but have no idea if it has been answered because I can't find it. So maybe I'll get better results here. Hope so.
