Ever since I was about 12 I have had coffee in the morning. I just love it so much but don't know much about how it affects BG levels and am wondering if I should get off of it. I currently drink it with Coffeemate Sugar Free powdered creamer. I probably won't like the answers, but if anyone here has done research on this sort of thing or can share their experiences with BG levels with & without using it and the effects of drinking coffee with diabetes, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
