So I always prick my finger before I go to need to know what my sugar is. Sometimes it's good and then I go to bed. Then in the morning it's really high. I think I sleep walk at night.Has this ever happened to you?!?!

I'm not an expert but I've found that when I have a small snack before bedtime my numbers are lower in the morning. I've heard skim milk is good — I like to have a stick of string cheese instead. If you live with others, they usually notice such things . . . my sister used to sleepwalk when she was little. One night I went to the kitchen to get a drink of water and found her on the hassock in front of the TV (turned off, by the way) just giggling her silly head off!

I used to sleep walk as a kid, but as far as I know, I don't do it any more. I don't really understand your connection between sleep walking and high morning numbers. Are you thinking you also sleep eat? I have heard of people doing that.
