THIS IS MY NORMAL MORNING :
2 TABLESPOONS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (BRAGGS NATURAL) MIXED IN 32 OUNCES OF WATER , I JUST GET I DRANK IN THE MORNINGS NOT NECESSARY ALL AT ONE SITTING.
NEXT I DRINK A TIMED RELEASED PROTEIN SHAKE , MY WHY , LITTLE TO NO ENERGY LOSS, THEN ENERGY SHORTLY AFTER IT .
NEXT , I CHEW AN ALL GREENS CHEW , IT HELPS TO KEEP MY BODY IN AN ALKALINE STATE , ACID CAUSES SEVERAL SITUATIONS , SUGAR AND THINGS THAT TURN INTO SUGAR CAUSES THE ACID EFFECT .
THEN SOME SIMPLE MODIFIED EXERCISES:
TUMMY TIGHTENERS , I DO A 15 SECOND THEN ONE 4 COUNT DEEP BREATH IN BETWEEN THEN DO TEN SETS
THEN, SEATED BOWING ABS , 20 MINUTES , IF YOU DECIDE TO DO THESE START OFF WITH WHAT IS COMFORTABLE FOR YOU , EVEN IF I'S JUST FEW MINUTES THEN SLOWLY WORK UP OVER TIME ..
THEN I DO WHAT I CALL LAYING OWN ABS :
I PUT MY FEET ON THE FLOOR , LAY DOWN ON THE BED THEN TIGHTEN MY LOWER ABS UP BACK TOWARDS MY CHEST.
I SET A TIMER AT 5 MINUTES , FOR EVERY 1 SET , I TAKE 3 DEEP BREATHS 4 COUNT EACH THEN DO THE NEXT ONE UNTIL THE TIMER ALARMS .
THIS IS MY 30 MINUTES OF MODIFIED EXERCISES IN THE MORNINGS .

How is that working for you? You are doing several of the things I understand to be very beneficial for many of us, diabetic or not. How is it helping you out?

IT INCREASES MY ENERGY , HELPS TO COUNTER STRESS , GOOD NUTRITION HELPS THE EXTREME ADHD , LACK OF SLEEP PROCESSED FOODS ESPECIALLY SUGAR AND GMO'S CAUSES A CONTINUAL DESIRE TO EAT EVERY 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR , VERSES THESE SUPPLEMENTS CHANGED THAT ,PLUS EATING REAL FOODS AND ADDING MORE VEGIES TO EACH MEAL ., THEY ALSO HELPS ON BOTH MY BLOOD SUGAR AND BLOOD PRESSURE CONTROL,THE OTHER COMBINATION OF SUPPLEMENTS HAVE ENABLED ME TO DISCONTINUE ALL MEDICATIONS EXCEPT THE NOVOLOG 70/30 MIX INSULIN .
