I need some tips and tricks to get me back on track. I'm just tired of the whole thing. I manage with an insulin pump and I try to walk daily. A1c is 7.9, it is creeping down slowly, what r some things that work well for others????

I am also on an insulin pump. For me, limiting my carbs to 120 grams per day is the key to better control. My last A1c was 6.8 and I expect the next one to be better. I'm still struggling with high fastings and haven't been able to adjust my early morning basals to get those in range. I've been able to find low carb substitutes for high carb ingredients which helps…almond flour instead of wheat flour, for example.
