I switched from County Crock Light, which I thought was fine, to Smart Balance. I was making this change, because my HDL needs to go up some, and my LDL needs to go down some even though my total cholesterol is 197. I was even disapointed about that, because I eat so well, lost all that weight and exercise 5-6 days per week! I figured it was the margarine, and some weeks I would have one or two 'regular' eggs so I switched to Egg Beaters. Don't know what else I can possibly do except maybe get those Benecol chews. My nutritionist/diabetes educator and I went over things I eat and she couldn't find a thing to change.
